How to Clear Subconscious Beliefs

When I learned how to manifest, I learned to work with the quantum field, my higher self, and the spirit world to create the life I want.

Being proactive with your intention and clear about what you want, and being able to clear beliefs, attachments, and programs is the key to being able to manifest in the physical world.

In the invisible world, which I will call the place of cause, all possibilities exist. Everything we experience and see in the physical, is a result of an idea in the non-physical world.

In effect, most people go through their lives experiencing a series of negative causes. This can snowball in creating more negative causes. Because our causes are created by our thoughts and beliefs, both conscious and subconscious, we can become increasingly convinced that a negative cause is the truth, or “just the way life is.”

I had the opportunity to learn this in my own life. For a number of years, I was manifesting romantic relationships with partners who seemed interested in taking from me in some capacity. Though not consciously aware, I was creating these experiences because I held an unconscious belief about what I was available to give. I did not yet understand how to create experiences with boundaries.

I began to feel frustrated because even though the appearance and circumstances of each man were slightly different, the lesson was the same. In short, I had to change the cause, or the underlying (unconscious) belief that created this experience. Once I finally decided to change the trajectory and really said I’m done with this, I had to be willing to let go of the belief that created the experience. I had to be willing to look inside for the underlying cause. The problem was as Pema Chodron states, “Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.” I had to bravely and consciously ask, “What do I need to know?” When I asked the question, my higher self led me to the answer. In this and many other lifetimes, I was choosing to give at the expense of my own well-being. I was choosing to put other people's needs before my own. In this life, I chose to come in to overcome the lesson of self-sacrifice. In essence, I changed the cause. This ongoing process begins to allow us to look at the circumstances in our lives as avenues for growth and transmutation.
